Sweet Olive Topiary Vase - Classic Twist

This is a living topiary plant, trained into a decorative vase-shaped framework. A rounded lower section, shaped waist and widening rim establish the flowing vase silhouette. Interlaced living stems form an open lattice through the framework, so the pattern remains part of the display rather than disappearing beneath a solid surface.

Why Choose This Vase?

The Classic Twist form is a versatile choice for a garden that values both shape and natural texture. Curves give the outline a softer character, while the repeated weave introduces a clear sense of order.

Features of Sweet Olive

Foliage softens the woven framework and provides a natural contrast to its defined vase outline. The design is selected for the character of the trained stems and their relationship with the canopy. Its living surface will change with growth and the season.

Landscaping and Design Uses

• Create a focal point in a courtyard or terrace planting scheme.
• Introduce a sculptural feature beside a garden entrance or seating area.
• Combine the defined vase outline with softer surrounding planting.

Size and Proportions

• Height to vase rim: 150cm
• Width (maximum diameter): 62cm

Vase height is measured to the rim of the trained framework. Foliage extends above this; an overall height is stated separately where available.

Preferred Growing Conditions

Choose a sheltered position with enough room for the supplied framework and canopy. Check root moisture regularly during establishment and dry weather, allowing excess water to drain. Maintain the trained outline with careful pruning and check any support ties as growth develops. Our team can advise on the most suitable position and winter care for the supplied plant.

Summary

With its Classic Twist design, this Sweet Olive topiary brings a defined living form and ornamental stemwork to a carefully chosen outdoor setting.

Photographs and Natural Variation
