Bring a Mediterranean mood to a sheltered garden with the Harrod Urban Med Collection. Upright Italian cypress, olive lollipops, rosemary, thyme and flowering oleander combine sculptural shapes with a relaxed holiday feel.
This collection is designed to sit naturally beside warm paving and gravel, with narrow upright forms, rounded crowns and low planting. Cypress is supplied in 3L or 5L pots (mixed allocation), and oleander from a mix of pink and white flowers. Individual colours and cypress pot sizes are not customer selections. The collection is intended for suitable mild, sheltered conditions; oleander needs winter protection.

Planting and care
Plants in this collection vary with availability. Check the light, soil, drainage, spacing and winter-protection needs of the plants supplied before positioning them. Water thoroughly after planting, then during dry spells until the plants are established. Pruning and other ongoing care should follow the requirements of each supplied species and cultivar.

Delivery and unpacking
On arrival, carefully remove outer packaging and check the plants against your order. Handle plants by their pot or root ball where possible, rather than pulling on stems or branches.
Check root moisture and water if needed. Until planting, keep the plants upright in a sheltered position and prevent roots from drying out. If supplied bare-root, keep the roots covered and moist and plant promptly when conditions allow.

Important information
This border contains oleander, which is highly poisonous if eaten and can cause serious heart problems. Keep every part of the oleander, including dried cuttings, away from children, pets and livestock. Do not mix ornamental clippings with kitchen herbs, and seek urgent medical or veterinary advice after suspected oleander ingestion.
Hardiness is a conservative estimate for the whole mix (H3), based on its least cold-hardy listed plant. Individual plants may be hardier; site, drainage and establishment affect winter survival. The rating assumes the listed planting recipe; substitutions can change hardiness.
