How Do Reviews Work?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us with a link to review the plants you have brought.
Depending on the hedging plant, you will be asked a few questions about the quality and to briefly describe your experience in a few words. Do not forget to give the plant an overall rating using the 5-star rating system.
The link will be valid for 30 days after you have received the email.
Alternatively, feel free to leave us a review on Google!

I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Michael who was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me some excellent advise on how to plant these once delivered to ensure they thrive. The communication from point of sale to delivery was brilliant with regular updates, Steve the driver who delivered the plants was fantastic as well. Great friendly service from start to finish and i would certainly be using Harrods Outdoor again.

Absolutely applauded in the quality, the laurels I had ordered not only arrived late, but they were also in a terrible state upon arrival, packaged so tightly and squashed within a pallet like sardines. This has caused much damage to the branches and not to mention the plants were diseased, with severe spotting all over. What a waste of money and have not gotten back to my colleague. Not recommended at all, sticking to my Local Nursery.

Very Happy with the plants for my hedge. Got good advice and photos before placing order. Good size and quality, only let down was the delivery which clearly didn't take notice of the labels on the package. Left on its side by my front door so bottom plant was bent and some snapped off. The nursery can't be blamed for that so still 5*

I recently purchased some Griselinia as I’m looking to make my garden more private, and this can grow up to 10m tall! Sophia told me that Griselinia is perfect for me as I live by the sea and it does well in windy environments, and tolerates the sea breeze well, she also said it prefers free draining soil which is what I have.I just wanted to leave a review as I felt I needed to give credit to Sophia who helped me with my purchase. I score her a 10/10 for her customer service, she was very helpful from start to finish. Thank you Sophia I will definitely be returning here for all my hedging needs!

Bought some hedging plants from Harrods. Delivery time was super quick, ordered the day before and they came the next morning. I talked to a guy called Luke on Facebook and he was very helpful in recommending some plants that would fit in the gap in my garden. Very pleased with this company and how good the plants looked!

Amazingly swift delivery.I ordered Privet pot grown 30-50cm.Healthy plants with plenty of green on them. Plants were well watered so they wouldn't dry up whilst being delivered. The plants were very securely packaged.I would definitely recommend this nursery for all of your hedging needs.

HI I Run a Landscape Gardening service in London.It is really hard to get good service these days and plants on short notice.Sophie and Chandler are great.I had a lot of time with them and they managed to deliver on the same day they said they would.And helped me every step of the way.Thank you, guys.They are only young and they seem to be focused on customer service.Not like dealing with a big conglomerate at all except the agreeable prices.Makes it easy for me to sell my jobs.Thank youI highly Recommend them.

We ordered 70 Cherry Laurels from Harrods outdoor, after multiple delays (which we had to ring and find out ourselves) the plants finally arrived a week late. Then to our shock the plants themselves were a disgrace and nothing like the images on their website. All 70 plants crushed into one pallet. The root netted ones had litrally no soil in them just bare root. Some didn't even come in nets!. About 50% had eaten leaves from some sort of pest and arrived dry as a bone. Rang to complain and never heard back. Awful service, awful plants.
