Features

The Mirabelle De Nancy plum tree blooms in early spring, presenting a show of delicate white flowers. These blossoms mature into small, golden-yellow plums, famed for their sweetness, by late summer. Native to the Lorraine region of France, the tree has a moderate growth rate, medium-sized green leaves, smooth bark, and a well-established root system. The foliage remains a lively green throughout the season, and the tree does not bear thorns.

Benefits for Nature

This plum tree variety supports a range of wildlife, providing pollen and nectar for bees and other pollinators. Its fruits are a valuable food source for birds. It contributes to the ecosystem without significant pollen-related allergies or toxicity concerns. Mirabelle De Nancy trees typically begin fruiting when they reach maturity at about 3-6 years, with optimal fruit production in sunny, well-watered conditions.

It suits various styles, enhancing garden aesthetics with its spring blossoms and summer fruits. Its manageable size and shape allow for easy integration with other plants, enriching garden diversity.
