Once our team has reviewed your request and confirmed the next steps, you can follow the instructions on this page to complete your return. Please do not send anything back until we’ve replied to your feedback form or spoken to you directly.

Returning Your Order
Once your return is approved:

We’ll email you a return label.

Please print and securely attach the label to the box or pallet your plants or other items arrived in.
If your order was delivered by one of our specialist vans or lorries, we’ll be in touch to arrange a collection time that works for you.
Whilst Awaiting Collection
Please keep everything in the best possible condition:
Leave plants in their original packaging, if possible.
Keep them well watered and looked after until collection.
- If you’re returning non-perishable items, please make sure they’re unused and still in their original, unopened packaging.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
We’ll issue your refund within 7 working days of receiving your returned order.
